M&A update: EY Law assists Van Mossel Automotive Groep with its largest acquisition ever and the biggest dealership acquisition in the Benelux since 2017
We are happy to announce that we have successfully assisted our client Van Mossel Automotive Groep with a new milestone in its history: the acquisition of Fidenco in Belgium and Autopolis in Luxembourg.
The EY Law team, led by Lieven Bultinck and managed by Michaël Pollet, assisted Van Mossel Automotive Groep with their biggest acquisition ever. After the other recent acquisitions of amongst others Group GMAN/Bruyninx (Antwerp/Limburg), Mercedes-Benz dealer C.A.C (Turnhout) and Van Kelst group (Flemish Brabant), for which Van Mossel Automotive Groep was also assisted by the same EY Law team, this most recent acquisition represents another chapter in a continuous and successful relationship with the client.
