Practice Area

Alicia provides tax and legal assistance to high-net-worth individuals and family offices in national and cross-border situations. Her primary focus is on family property law, inheritance law, matrimonial property law and related tax and company issues. She assists clients with their estate planning and pays close attention to their individual wishes and concerns. Additionally, she defends clients ‘interests in estate planning litigation, more specifically in relation to the liquidation and distribution of a person's estate.

Additional information

Alicia is a lawyer and member of the Antwerp Bar Association since 2019. She holds a Master of Laws (Catholic University of Leuven, 2018, cum laude) and a Master of Notarial Law (Catholic University of Leuven, 2019, cum laude). Prior to joining EY Law, she gained experience as a lawyer in estate planning and civil proceedings on family law in the broad sense. She joined the EY Law Private Wealth team in June 2023.
