Education   Tim obtained his Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp in 2021 majoring in Corporate Law (cum laude). To broaden his knowledge, he also obtained a specialized LL.M. in Company Law from the University of Leuven in 2022 (cum laude).   Practice Area   Tim focusses mainly on Corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has experience in providing a wide range of legal assistance for both national and international clients in Corporate Law matters.   Expertise Area   Tim has been involved in the following matters:

  Additional Info   Tim joined EY Law in October 2021. As of February 2022 he is a member of the Antwerp Bar. Before joining EY Law, he successfully completed multiple internships with other law firms, a notary office and a corporate finance firm.
