Education

Laurent graduated with cum laude as Master of Laws from the University of Liège in June 2016. The following year, in July 2017, he also obtained with cum laude a specialized Master in Tax Law at HEC-University of Liège.

 

Professional experience

After his studies, Laurent was sworn in as a lawyer in October 2017 and has since then been practicing tax law with a broad scope, which includes personal income tax, corporate income tax along with registration taxes.

 

In addition to his tax law practice, he has also developed experience within the scope of business law, including the field of litigation, document drafting of all types such as share purchase agreements, management agreements, business contracts, minutes of general meetings and others.

Practice Area

Laurent is a member of the Tax Controversy team and the Private Wealth team of EY Law Belgium. He therefore practices tax law both in its contentious component (administrative and judicial proceedings) and in its advisory aspect (including civil law matters).

Laurent is a member of the Dutch Brussels Bar.

Laurent is fluent in French and Dutch and has professional working proficiency in English.
