Vita joined the EY law team in October 2023 and specializes in employment law. Her areas of interest include individual and collective dismissal (including drafting of termination documents, protected employees etc.), restructuring projects and flexible work with a focus on international employment.

Additional information

Vita obtained a Master of Law in 2023 at the University of Ghent. During her studies Vita focused on courses relating to social and employment law. She joined the Ghent Bar in October 2023 and is based in the Ghent office.
