Pieter-Jan joined the EY Corporate/M&A team in February 2022 and is based in the Ghent office.

Pieter-Jan assists his clients with both advice and actions and always thinks along with his client in order to reach constructive solutions. Furthermore, he attaches great importance to a positive attitude and is constantly eager to learn. Pieter-Jan’s field of expertise includes advising on:

• buy- or sell share deals;
• buy- or sell assets deals;
• shareholders’ agreements;
• national and cross-border restructuring transactions;
• corporate governance matters;
• general corporate law advisory work.

Education

Pieter-Jan holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Ghent (2022). Before joining EY Law, Pieter-Jan already had some work experience through internships at a number of law firms and notary publics, including a 4-month internship at EY Law in the fall of 2021.
