Philip, with a law degree from the University of Leuven, has been part of the Dutch-speaking Brussels bar since 2000. He became part of EY Law in 2019, after serving as a Partner at a leading Brussels business law firm from 2017.

Certifications: EU Procurement (EIPA, 2015), Public Procurement (AMS, 2014), Dispute Resolution (Pepperdine Law, 2006).
