Peter, EY Law's managing partner, excels in corporate law, managing domestic and global reorgs, mergers, and entity rationalizations, with a keen focus on ESG, sustainability, and legal tech.Peter has been involved, amongst others, in the following matters:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>General corporate law</li><li>Corporate restructuring</li><li>Domestic &amp; cross-border corporate simplification</li><li>Legal entity reorganization</li><li>Contract drafting</li><li>Distribution law.</li></ul>

Peter obtained his Master in Law in 2002 at the University of Antwerp (cum laude) and he also obtained a LL.M. in Tax Law at the University of Antwerp (magna cum laude).

Peter’s final paper was awarded the renowned TFR price in 2004. Peter is a speaker on seminars and the author of various articles on corporate law. He published in 2021 a book about the liquidation of companies. Peter became Partner with EY Law in 2016.
