Michel is a Counsel at EY Law in Brussels with a focus on M&amp;A and private equity transactions with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. His expertise includes acquisitions and sales of companies, private equity investments, venture capital, joint‑venture arrangements, carve‑outs and restructuring, as well as corporate governance.

Michel holds a Master of Laws from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) and an LL.M. in Business Law at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Michel is a lawyer and member of the Brussels’ Bar Association with more than 10 years of experience in M&amp;A and private equity. Prior to joining EY Law, Michel worked in the Corporate &amp; Finance department at several leading international law firms.
