Lindsey has 14 years of experience in dealing with legal matters for international and local corporate clients. Lindsey has advised a large number of leading national and international (listed) companies, including joint ventures, in company and commercial law matters, such as cross-border restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, entity compliance and governance services and coordination on large (multi)national projects. She counsels companies on day-to-day general corporate and legal matters.Lindsey’s field of legal expertise includes:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Corporate law</li><li>Commercial law</li><li>Cross border restructuring</li><li>Entity Compliance and Governance</li><li>Legal Operations.</li></ul>

Lindsey obtained a Master degree in Law (University of Antwerp) and a Postgraduate degree Company Law (Hogeschool Universiteit Brussel – KU Leuven).

Since January 2015, Lindsey has been with Donahue &amp; Partners in NY, guiding multinationals on cross-border restructuring and corporate law. She aids start-ups and scale-ups with legal frameworks, funding, and global growth. Lindsey is a speaker at seminars on corporate law.
