Lieven advises middle-sized and large national and multinational companies on the subject of company law and commercial law. He has exclusive experience in the supervision of national and international company law structuring, joint ventures and other cooperative arrangements, mergers and acquisitions and negotiating on and drawing up of commercial agreements.
Lieven obtained a law degree (Licentiaat Rechten) from the University of Ghent in 1990. Lieven is also a European Master in Law and Economics (Erasmus University of Rotterdam – University of Ghent – Université de Paris Dauphine (1991)) and obtained a notarial law degree (Licentiaat Notariaat) in Leuven in 1992. In the course of his career he worked for, amongst others, Rabobank and two prominent law firms.Languages: Dutch, English and French.
