Laura consults on corporate/commercial law for global and local clients, specializing in reorganizations, capital changes, startups, and governance. She's admitted to the Brussels Bar since 2017.

Laura obtained her Master Degree in Law at the University of Ghent (2016 – cum laude). She also obtained a specialized Master Degree in Corporate Law at the Catholic University of Leuven (2017).

Laura Dermine co-authored articles on mergers, tax in corporate law reform, and WVV's alarm bell procedures. She's also spoken at EYnovation workshops and Lex Alert seminars on Belgian corporate code impacts.
