Jorien joined the EY Corporate and M&amp;A Law team in October 2022 and is based in the Diegem office. Before joining EY Law, Jorien already had some work experience by doing summer internships at several law firms, including a one month summer internship at EY Law in the summer of 2021. Jorien mainly focuses on corporate and non-for-profit law and M&amp;A where she assists both national and international clients in all kinds of corporate law matters.

She obtained a Master Degree in Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2021). She further obtained a master degree in corporate law at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Campus Brussels (2022).

Jorien, fluent in Dutch with proficiency in English and French, was admitted to the Brussels Bar in October 2022. She's also contributed to "Modellen voor het Bedrijfsleven," authoring templates on share acquisition.
