Ilyas provides legal assistance for both national and international with respect to corporate law and M&amp;A. Additionally, he supports the Digital team, focusing primarily on data protection.

Ilyas obtained his Masters of Law with distinction at the VUB (2024). Before obtaining his Masters, he completed a Bachelor's program at the College University of Ghent (2021).

Before joining EY Law, Ilyas interned at renowned law firms. During his academic journey at the VUB, he was entrusted to tutor fellow students in the correct use of academic language. Ilyas joined the Dutch-speaking Bar of Brussels in October 2024.
