She has a broad expertise in corporate law covering large domestic &amp; international reorganization projects, including pre &amp; post-merger integration and legal entities rationalization projects. Florence, an alumna of UCL, excelled in her Law Master's with a focus on economic and tax law, graduating cum laude in 2017. She shone at the Tax Moot Court Competition and was a proactive vice-president of AIESEC and ELSA member during her tenure.

Florence is member of the French Brussels’ Bar as of September 2017. Florence is a speaker on seminars and the author of various articles on corporate and sustainability law.
