Eline is experienced in commercial, IT- and corporate law. She drafts, reviews and negotiates agreements for both national and international companies, ranging from general terms and conditions for webshops to service agreements (SaaS, PaaS, consultancy or other services).Eline specializes in the following matters:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Commercial and IT Law,</li><li>Consumer Protection Law,</li><li>Corporate Law,</li><li>Generative AI and emerging technologies.</li></ul>

Eline obtained her Master of Laws at the University of Antwerp in 2019 (cum laude). In order to gain a better understanding of IT law, she followed IT Law and related modules at the University of Sheffield (UK) for 6 months (cum laude).

Since joining the Antwerp Bar in 2019 and EY Law shortly after, Eline has enhanced her expertise with certificates in 'Big Data, AI, and Ethics' from UC Davis and 'Data Science Ethics' from the University of Michigan in 2024.She issued a publication in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer in 2024, titled 'General Terms and Conditions for Webshops (B2C)', available on Jura.
