Delphine practices Belgian business law, with a particular emphasis on corporate M&A.
Delphine acquired knowledge and expertise by working for national, international, listed and non-listed companies on corporate and business law. Additionally Delphine had the opportunity to work together with leading tax consultants regarding multiple M&A files.
Today Delphine is a trusted partner to guide and to support clients during their negotiations and drafting of contracts. She focuses on achieving a consensus between parties, with particular consideration of the client’s needs and concerns. Clients appreciate her for her genuine focus, clear view and usable and comprehensible contracts.
Delphine has been involved, amongst other things, in the following matters:
- corporate law;
- national and cross-border restructurings and reorganizations;
- commercial law;
- contract drafting.
Delphine obtained her Master in Law at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2007. She also obtained an additional Master in Economic Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB 2008) and an additional Master in Company Law at the Catholic University of Brussels (HUB-KUBrussel 2013).
Before joining EY Law in July 2015, Delphine worked for several years in the corporate and M&A practice team of a leading Belgian law firm. Moreover, she had the opportunity and is used to work in a multi-disciplinary framework by working together with leading tax consultants.
Delphine has passed two modules at the Business School Bruges regarding corporate income tax (2015).
