David's 25+ years in transaction leadership includes co-heading EY Law's M&amp;A and real estate departments. David holds a Master in Law from Ghent University, ending it magna cum laude while obtaining the joint highest mark on his thesis, and did an MBA at the University of Antwerp (cum laude).

David excels in alternative dispute resolution, particularly in M&amp;A disputes. He's a commercial mediator from Mediation Institute Flanders and an alumnus of Harvard Law's mediation program, further contributing as a teaching assistant at the Mediation Institute Flanders.
