Clément is a Senior Counsel at EY Law. He has developed a broad expertise in advising major Belgian and international companies on various types of real estate transactions. He also has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial real estate contracts. Clément has experience in the following areas:- Real estate transactions, - Commercial contract negotiation and drafting.

Clément holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Liège (2011 - cum laude) and obtained a Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies at the College of Europe (2012 - cum laude).

Clément is a member of the Brussels Bar since October 2012. Clément is fluent in French and English and has a working knowledge of Italian and Dutch. He has published several articles on Real Estate M&amp;A and M&amp;A Litigations.
