Clarisse has experience in all kinds of corporate matters including M&A, venture capital transactions, capital markets, corporate (re)structuring, consortia and joint ventures, non-profit associations, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial matters and contracts, dealing with a variety of industry sectors, with a focus on M&A and (cross-border) restructurings.   Expertise area: Clarisse’s field of expertise includes advising on:

• Buy- or sell side mandates on both share deals and assets deals;
• Shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures;
• National and cross-border carve-out and restructuring transactions;
• Post-acquisition implementation and integration;
• Corporate governance matters;
• General corporate law advisory work.

  Additional information:   After two years in the EY Paris office, Clarisse joined the EY Corporate and M&A Law team in Brussels in October 2022. Prior to joining EY Law and moving to Belgium, Clarisse worked with the Corporate M&A department of a leading French law firm and within the legal department of an international company. Clarisse holds a LL.M. (McGill University, Montreal, Canada) (2015) and a Master of Law in Business Law (Université Paris Dauphine, Paris, France) (2017). Clarisse is a member of the French Bar (Hauts-de-Seine) and is registered on the European List of the Brussels Bar.
