Chloë represents EY Law within EYnovation™. EYnovation™ is an initiative launched by EY Law and EY to support start-ups and scale-ups with legal, financial and solving strategic issues. She has given various presentations to start-ups and scale-ups at incubators. Chloë's legal expertise includes amongst others: <ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Corporate law</li><li>(Cross-border) Restructuring</li><li>Commercial and Contract Law</li><li>Entity Governance &amp; Compliance</li><li>M&amp;A</li><li>Sustainability legislation (ESG).  </li></ul>

Chloë obtained her Master in Law from the University of Antwerp (2014 – cum laude). Chloë also obtained a specialized LL.M. in Corporate Law from the University of Antwerp (2016 – magna cum laude).

Chloë, with a decade in law, served at Brussels' and Antwerp bars, and at Donahue &amp; Partners in NY, advising on cross-border restructuring and corporate law. She's now focused on sustainability legislation impacts for a diverse client base, including startups and scale-ups.
