Over the years, Chiara has gained extensive experience in tax law, with a focus on corporate tax matters. This includes tax advisory on structuring, cross-border transactions, withholding tax aspects, and management incentive plans. As a member of the tax controversy team, she assists clients at all stages of a tax dispute. Additionally, she collaborates closely with the EY transaction tax team, providing tax advisory services for national and international M&amp;A deals.

Chiara obtained a Law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain in 2016 and completed a Master's degree in tax law at Catholic University of Louvain in 2017.

Chiara has been a member of the Brussels bar since September 2017. Before she joined EY Law in October 2024, Chiara was part of the tax team of a large independent Belgian law firm.
