Professional experience

Bruno is a partner in the Private Client Services Line at EY Law Belgium. Bruno has a broad experience in estate planning, both with regard to civil law aspects (gifts, marriage contracts, wills) and tax law aspects (gift tax, inheritance tax).  

More particularly, he focusses on wealth planning of high net worth individuals and entrepreneurial families, with a cross-border knowledge of gift and estate taxes as well as private international law. He has advised several high net worth individuals on their national and international wealth planning, including in- and outbound advisory.

 

He also defends the interests of individuals as well as legal entities in any tax dispute, from the administrative procedure to a possible procedure before the court.  His approach is pragmatic and constructive, but, above all, aimed at achieving the desired solution.
