Anna has expertise in commercial and data protection law and advises both national and international companies. Anna’s main focus is drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial and ICT agreements and advising clients on GDPR related matters, such as data governance, international data flows, data breaches, monitoring of regulatory compliance and drafting of all accountability documentation. Anna's legal expertise includes:  -IT Law - IP law - Contract law - Commercial Law - Data Protection Law - Consumer Law.

Anna obtained her Master in Law in 2019 at the University of Ghent.

Anna, a lawyer and member of the Antwerp bar since 2020, joined EY Law in 2022. She has experience in commercial/IT/IP law and holds certificates in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Ethics, as well as Data Protection Officer training.
