Angela is specialist in corporate law and digital law matters. She advises and assists companies on general corporate law matters and on the implementation of national and cross-border restructurings, such as mergers and demergers.Angela also advises clients on digital law matters in the field of data protection and cybersecurity (NIS2). She supervises the data protection officers of the team and assists clients with various data protection requests (e.g. data breaches, data subject rights, etc.). Angela also developed a niche expertise in legal complance within the field of whistleblowing and private investigations.Angela’s expertise spans the following domains:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>General corporate law</li><li>National and cross-border restructurings and reorganizations</li><li>M&amp;A</li><li>Commercial law</li><li>Contract drafting</li><li>Data Protection and privacy law.</li></ul>

Angela has a Master’s degree in Law from the Catholic University of Leuven. She also has an Advanced Master in Business Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and an Advanced Master in Company Law from the Catholic University of Leuven (Campus Burssels). In addition, she is also a certified data protection officer.

With over 15 years of experience in corporate law and digital law matters, Angela has a solid and varied knowledge and experience to offer. She is also an enthusiastic speaker at our events.
