
Junior Associate Employment Law
EY Law is planning to reinforce and expand its Employment Law practice. Are you passionate about labor, employment and social security law? Are you interested in working in a challenging and growing international business environment?
The ideal candidate
EY Law is actively seeking distinguished candidates who exhibit both a passion for the legal field and a drive for excellence. We are interested in individuals who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Prospective or recent graduates with a Master of Laws degree from a Belgian university, demonstrating superior academic achievements. An additional Belgian law degree (i.e., a specialization in employment law) or an additional foreign law degree is a plus.
• Highly motivated professionals who value teamwork and possess a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Goal-oriented individuals with a penchant for innovation and a track record of delivering results.
• Proficient communicators with exceptional command over Dutch/French and English, capable of articulating complex legal concepts both in writing and verbally.
• Aspiring attorneys who are prepared to undertake a bar traineeship as part of their professional development.
• Applicants who are available to commence their career with EY Law in October 2026.
• Professionals who are able to dedicate at least three days per week to working at our offices in Ghent, Diegem or Antwerp.
