Junior Associate (Corporate & M&A)

• Graduates with a Master of Laws degree from a Belgian university. A specialization in corporate law or an LL.M is an asset.
• Highly motivated professionals who value teamwork and possess a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Goal-oriented individuals with an interest in innovation and a track record of delivering results.
• Proficient communicators with exceptional command over Dutch or French and English, capable of articulating complex legal concepts both in writing and verbally.
• Aspiring attorneys who are prepared to undertake a bar traineeship as part of their professional development with the support of our team.
• Applicants who are available to start their career with EY Law in October 2025.

We work flexible from our offices in Ghent, Diegem or Antwerp. Working from home for 2 days a week is also a possibility!
